Inside Sales Representative- Acceleration Loans

Job Description
As a Loan Consultant on our Achieve Acceleration Loan team, you'll help existing clients get approved for our loan, which will allow them to accelerate their debt resolution program. The client will then be able to have their enrolled accounts resolved faster to improve their credit. This is a loan only available for existing clients who may qualify.
Start Date: April 27th, 2026
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm MST
Total Compensation: $80,000 to $120,000+ annually + benefits. This information represents the expected on-target earnings for this role broken down into an hourly base pay plus uncapped monthly commissions and incentives.
What you'll do:
- Contact our current clients via phone and email to facilitate the loan application process
- Deliver a persuasive consultation to clients on how the accelerated loan can assist them in graduating from their debt settlement program at an accelerated rate
- Collect required documents from customers during the application, move the transaction through the underwriting process, and quickly arrange a closing with the customer
- Use Salesforce to track and manage leads; leads pipeline will consist of approx. 200 leads and new leads will be generated weekly based on production
- Meet or exceed all monthly sales goals, schedule adherence, and utilization requirements
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
- 2+ years of inside sales experience. B2C outbound dialing is a plus.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills required to follow-up on a lead pipeline
- Experience uncovering consumers needs to gather more information to provide solution-based services.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and influence.
- Computer proficiency with experience working within a CRM.
- Drive to meet and exceed sales and performance based goals while working independently.
- Positive team player with a desire to learn and willingness to accept coaching
- High School diploma or equivalent
