Job Description

The Custodian is a proactive and critical resource responsible for maintaining a clean facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks. Duties include sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning facility bathrooms, maintaining a clean supply of laundry (scrubs) for the facility, and assisting other departments with cleaning tasks. This individual must be self managing and always staying ahead of their duties in order to successfully keep the facility sanitized and laundry completed.

Duties and Responsibilities

Keep the workplace clean, organized and disinfected. Responsibilities include:

• Clean the interior of buildings including floors, laundry, bathrooms, vents, and breakroom
• Disinfect commonly used items like tables, sinks, and floors
• Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed
• Maintain outdoor grounds by cleaning up trash and emptying trash cans
• Replace trash bags and take out trash throughout the day
• Work schedule is Monday-Friday 6:00AM - 3:00PM

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of cleaning products and how to use them safely
• Knowledge of how to use cleaning utilities
• Organizational skills
• Great work ethic and attitude
• High-energy personality to keep up with fast-paced environment
• Time management skills to efficiently complete tasks

Specific state regulatory requirements also include verification, confirmation or completion of the following:

• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age; pursuant to A.R.S. §36-2801.10
• Must consent to a criminal background check performed by the Company and/or the Arizona Department of Health Services, pursuant to A.R.S. § 36-2804.01
• Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of the criminal background check conducted by the Arizona Department of Health Services, pursuant to A.R.S. §36-2804.01 and A.R.S. §36-2801.10
• Valid Arizona State Issued ID

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $20/hr
