Front Office Administrator – Medical Office
Mesa, AZ
Are you the kind of person who can juggle phones, schedules, and people—with a smile? We are looking for experienced Front Office Administrators to be the friendly, organized force that keeps our medical offices running smoothly.
This full-time role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in doing things right the first time.
Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a MUST.
What You’ll Do
- Greet patients, answer phones, and respond to inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, and maintain the appointment schedule
- Verify patient insurance information and assist in processing insurance claims
- Prepare and maintain patient charts, including filing patient information and updating patient records
- Manage the front desk, ensuring that the reception area is clean and organized
- Process patient payments and ensure ledgers are correct
- Communicate with patients to ensure that they have a positive experience at the office
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as scanning documents, communicating needed supplies, and managing the office's electronic medical records system
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum of two years of medical office experience, with a strong understanding of medical office procedures and terminology
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- English/Spanish skills are a MUST
- Billing experience preferred but not required
