Title: Supply Chain Analyst - Materials Location: Phoenix AZ 85034 Area Codes: 480, 602, 623 Pay rate: $30.00-35.00 per hour Employment Type: Direct, Benefits Shift: 1st #supplychainjobs #SAP #aerospace Overview: We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support manufacturing operations by monitoring production performance, tracking supply chain readiness, and communicating status updates across the organization. This role will work closely with production teams, supply chain partners, and program leadership to ensure alignment between production plans, material availability, and customer delivery commitments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily production performance and maintain status charts and reporting dashboards.
- Analyze production plans versus actual performance and identify risks to monthly or quarterly delivery commitments.
- Track incoming material from supply chain partners and communicate potential supply risks to operations and program leadership.
- Prepare and maintain charts, reports, and presentations used for operational reviews and production meetings.
- Coordinate priorities between production teams, supply chain partners, and program management to ensure alignment on key actions.
- Escalate risks, delays, or material shortages and support root cause analysis to maintain production flow.
- Experience working in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or production planning environments.
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems for production or material tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret production schedules, supply status, and operational data.
- Experience supporting production tracking, prioritization, or material planning activities.
- Strong communication and coordination skills when working with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship is required.
- Experience supporting manufacturing production control or supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with production scheduling, material planning, or inventory management processes.
- Experience preparing operational reports and supporting leadership reviews.
- Experience applying root cause analysis or problem-solving methods to production or supply chain challenges.
