As a Security Officer Licensed Guard in Litchfield Park, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic tech and telecommunications location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this unarmed role, you will support daily operations through teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach while bringing an agile, reliable, and innovative mindset to every shift.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by following site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points, helping to identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed, and help to support established procedures for sensitive technology-related areas.
• Prepare clear reports on daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance or security-related concerns, and relay important information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
