The Director of Surgical Services provides direct oversight for the full perioperative continuum, including the operating room, GI procedures, PACU, Pre-Op, and a busy pre-operative intake clinic. This portfolio includes high surgical volumes, a robotics program with advanced technology, and a broad mix of specialties. This is a visible, high-impact opportunity supporting a large, skilled perioperative team and reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer.

• Surgical throughput and efficiency
• Clinical quality, safety, and patient experience
• Staff engagement, development, and retention
• Physician partnerships and collaboration
• Operational, financial, and regulatory performance across all perioperative areas

Requirements:

• RN required
• BSN required (Candidates who are currently enrolled in a BSN program with an established timeline for completion may be considered)
• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred
• 5+ years of clinical experience in Surgical Services
• 3+ years of leadership experience in Surgical Service
• CNOR or leadership certification preferred
