The Role

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Inspire: Manage, mentor, and organize the daily schedule for our maintenance team.
• Problem Solve: Troubleshoot complex maintenance issues on the fly and implement smart, efficient solutions.
• Own the Outcome: Take full ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring everything meets Clearpro's high standards.
• Maintain Efficiency: Keep track of tools, inventory, and job progress while keeping communication seamless between the team and leadership.
