VP of Finance POST NUMBER: 485325
I’m partnering with a growing organization that is looking to add a Vice President of Finance to its leadership team.
This is a highly strategic role for a finance executive who enjoys partnering closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to drive financial strategy, business performance, profitability, and long-term growth. The VP of Finance will lead key areas including FP&A, budgeting and forecasting, KPI management, cash flow planning, board reporting, M&A support, and cross-functional decision support.
The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights that help guide strategic decisions. This person will serve as a trusted advisor across the organization and play a key role in improving visibility, accountability, and overall business performance.
Ideal background includes:
- 12 years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic finance experience
- Experience supporting executive leadership, boards, and/or PE stakeholders
- M&A, transaction advisory, or integration experience preferred
- Professional services, consulting, or PE-backed company experience is required.
- CPA is required
- Salary range between $235k-$285k DOE
- This role is 5 days onsite in Scottsdale, AZ
