ResponsibilitiesCustomer Interaction- Greet customers warmly and assess their service needs.
- Act as a knowledgeable point of contact, providing information on available services and explaining repair recommendations.
- Maintain strong communication throughout the service process, updating customers on the status of their vehicles.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify and document service requirements.
- Consult with customers to gather information on vehicle issues and provide accurate service estimates.
- Prioritize and communicate recommended repairs based on urgency and customer needs.
Efficiently schedule service appointments and manage service bay workflow.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Monitor and communicate any changes in the service timeline to customers.
- Accurately document customer information, service requests, and vehicle details.
- Prepare and present service quotes, ensuring transparency in pricing.
- Maintain organized and detailed records of customer interactions and service transactions.
- Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering outstanding service.
- Address customer concerns or questions promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the service team to resolve any issues and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Basic understanding of automotive systems and repairs.
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to manage a fast-paced service environment.
- Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with service management software and basic computer skills.
