ResponsibilitiesCustomer Interaction

Service Consultation
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify and document service requirements.
  • Consult with customers to gather information on vehicle issues and provide accurate service estimates.
  • Prioritize and communicate recommended repairs based on urgency and customer needs.
Scheduling and Coordination
  • Efficiently schedule service appointments and manage service bay workflow.

  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs.

  • Monitor and communicate any changes in the service timeline to customers.

Documentation and Record Keeping
  • Accurately document customer information, service requests, and vehicle details.
  • Prepare and present service quotes, ensuring transparency in pricing.
  • Maintain organized and detailed records of customer interactions and service transactions.
Customer Satisfaction
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering outstanding service.
  • Address customer concerns or questions promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the service team to resolve any issues and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Basic understanding of automotive systems and repairs.

  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to manage a fast-paced service environment.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with service technicians and other team members.
