Estimator

Based in the Pacific Northwest, we provide a range of services, including construction management, design-build, general contracting, and pre-development. We are relationship-based and uphold a reputation for excellence, efficiency, and value in everything we do. We are seeking an Estimator to join our team to work on our Multifamily and podium projects.

What You Will Be Doing

- Consulate with personnel to discuss & formulate estimates

- Prepare Estimates

- Prepare cost statements

- Review labor & all costs in regards to estimates

- Seek & Identify new subcontractor partnerships along with retaining old one's

- Work with Project Management to prepare & establish project strategy

What You Need for this Position

- 2+ years of Estimating experience

- Solid computer skills (Microsoft software)

- Experience with Procore or other construction software

- Ability to work within a team
