• • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
  • Provide mobility support, helping clients transfer from bed to chair, walking, or using mobility aids.
  • Ensure that clients take their medications on time, providing medication reminders and support.

• Implement individualized care plans tailored to each clients needs and goals.
• Assist clients with building life skills such as communication, social interaction, and self-care.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage positive behaviors and minimize challenges.

• Provide emotional support, companionship, and encouragement to reduce isolation and promote social engagement.
• Engage clients in recreational and social activities that enhance emotional well-being and promote independence.
• Foster meaningful relationships that improve the overall quality of life for clients.

• Observe and report any changes in clients physical or emotional health to family members or healthcare providers.
• Ensure a safe environment by maintaining a clean, hazard-free space and preventing accidents or injuries.
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure clients are following dietary requirements.

• Maintain open communication with clients families to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure comprehensive care.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to adjust care plans and ensure clients needs are met.

• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in caregiving, special education, or health-related fields are a plus.
• 0-1 year of Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred.
• A valid drivers license and reliable transportation may be required, depending on job duties.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients, families, and other team members.
• Ability to assist with physical tasks such as lifting, walking assistance, and performing household tasks

• Clean background check with no open CPS or APS registry.
• Valid Figure print Clearance Card
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
• Completion of Article 9
• DCW (Direct Care Worker) Training.
