Schedule: M-F, 8:30AM - 5:00PM CST
Pay: $42,000 - $47,000 (DOE)

Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Advisor Compensation Service Representative to join the Commissions Service team within a financial services organization. In this role, you will support advisors and internal teams with commission processing, compensation inquiries, and customer service requests. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, able to learn quickly, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Independently handle simple to complex customer service inquiries via phone, email, and internal ticketing systems related to advisor commission payments
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with advisors and their administrative teams
• Educate advisors on accessing commission-related information through online tools and resources
• Research and resolve commission discrepancies and processing issues
• Collaborate with internal broker-dealer departments and external product sponsors to resolve errors
• Participate in identifying process improvements related to commission services
• Meet established quality, accuracy, and production metrics
• Occasionally assist with commission transaction processing from third-party entities
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience required; 23 years preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to build trust and maintain effective working relationships with advisors and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excelpreferred.
• Experience with commissions, compensation, financial services, or broker-dealer environments is preferred but not required.
