Lead Line Cook
Sogno Toscano is opening its new location in Arcadia (Phoenix, AZ) and we are looking for an experienced Lead Line Cook to join our team.
What we are looking for:
Previous experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen.
Background in Italian cuisine is a plus, but not required.
Ability to understand and execute the entire menu with consistency and precision.
Strong ticket management skills (reading, calling, and organizing orders).
Fluent in Spanish (required).
English proficiency is also necessary (does not need to be the first language).
- Seeking two lead line cooks - with open availability that can cover AM or PM shift
