Join us. **Job Description** AECOM is seeking a **Creative/Design Specialist to** support our West Region Transportation Marketing Business Line Team. This position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement to include a combination of office and remote scheduling and will be based in the following locations: Performs creative and graphic design tasks to deliver a range of outputs that effectively convey a message and capture the attention of our intended audiences. Uses a broad mix of design software and technology to create online and offline designs including: digital layouts, web graphics, video, UX, 3D, proposals and other collateral. Acts as a brand ambassador for the AECOM brand and its usage. **Job Responsibilities:** + Learns about the organization and marketing's role in enabling growth. + Assists other creatives in the development and execution of creative concepts and campaigns. + Creates compelling visual designs and layouts for a range of print and digital materials, such as social media graphics, website mockups, presentations and other media. + Researches and stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform the creative process and produce high-quality work. + Integrates with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketers, and developers, to ensure creative work aligns with project goals and client needs. + Revises and refines designs based on feedback from team members, clients, and stakeholders. + Ensures that all creative work meets brand guidelines and standards. Performs a self-check of work prior to submitting to others for review/approval. + Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meets project deadlines. + Works alongside work winning teams to create digital and printed collateral including proposals and presentations. **Qualifications** **Min Requirements:** + BA/BS, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field, or an AA/two-year degree plus one year of related experience **Preferred Qualifications:** + 1 or more years of experience a plus. + A basic knowledge of and interest in the A/E industry, including AECOM's projects, people, credentials, and competitors. + A basic knowledge of marketing best practices and procedures, work processes, and tools  + A basic understanding of effective proposal and presentation writing and production. + A developing working knowledge of word processing programs (e.g., Microsoft Word), spreadsheet management (Excel), and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint), as well as desktop publishing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), graphics programs (e.g., InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop). + A basic knowledge of collaborative tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, etc. + A basic of CRM. Salesforce experience is a plus. + Developing initiative, skill, and personal commitment to work on multiple projects and details concurrently, follow up, and bring tasks and projects to full completion. + Ability to produce accurate, compliant, and compelling work independently and with others.  + Organizational and administrative skills, including the ability to complete varied work tasks on schedule, and support deliverable efforts by others. + Ability to exercise discretion with confidential/ sensitive issues. **Additional Information** + Sponsorship for US work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
