Job Requirements * 2 years’ experience as a maintenance associate in a commercial environment * Able to work weekends and holidays * Able to work in a fast paced environment * Excellent work ethic * Able to complete work orders * Excellent communication skills * Highly organized * Interested in learning and growing your skill set * Must have reliable transportation. * Some experience with HVAC, electrical and plumbing is needed.
