Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience providing diagnostic and therapeutic services in a pediatric or school setting
• Strong understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance with school practices
• Leadership skills to supervise and mentor a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Arizona SLP licensure (or eligibility)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs
• Assess and structure individualized treatment plans to help students achieve their IEP goals
• Serve as a resource to teachers and staff, supporting strategies for student communication
• Supervise the SLPA, providing mentorship, guidance, and oversight as required
• Collect data and document student progress with accuracy throughout the year
• Engage with parents and multidisciplinary teams, fostering effective collaboration for student success
• Support caseload gathering and planning for the full school year
