A leading industrial equipment organization is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to take over a high-value Central & Northern California territory with a strong existing customer base, high market demand, and uncapped earnings potential.
This is a rare opportunity offering full relocation , a large established territory , and major long-term upside .
Position: Territory Sales Manager – Fabrication & Machine Tool Equipment
Must relocate to Central California (Fresno/Bakersfield/Modesto/Visalia region)
Relocation package provided
Remote role once relocated
Compensation & Benefits
- $100,000–$120,000 base salary
- Uncapped commissions (top reps earn well into six figures)
- Vehicle allowance + travel support

About the Territory
You’ll manage sales across major California markets:
- Fresno
- Modesto
- Stockton
- Bakersfield
- Visalia
- Surrounding high-volume fabrication & industrial hubs

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales throughout Central & Northern California
- Build strong relationships within fabrication, manufacturing, and industrial accounts
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations for CNC, fabrication, and machine tool equipment
- Manage full-cycle B2B sales — prospecting, quoting, presenting, and closing
- Serve existing accounts while developing new business opportunities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Ideal Candidate Profile
Candidates from Phoenix and the surrounding Arizona market often excel due to their technical knowledge and territory management background.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years in machine tool, CNC, fabrication, or industrial equipment sales
- Strong technical understanding of:
- Press brakes
- Lasers
- Waterjets
- Plasma cutters
- CNC machinery
- Welding or cutting equipment
- Proven success exceeding sales quotas
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial, self-directed sales approach
- Willingness and ability to relocate to Central California
