Battle Foam, a custom case and packaging company for tabletop miniatures, and Warcradle Studios, a tabletop miniatures game publisher, are looking for an inside sales representative who is energetic, focused, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to build relationships with clients in a friendly and professional manner.

Full Time Position, Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm

Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Reporting To: General Manager

Overall Job Objective: Responsible for opening new accounts and maintaining current accounts to produce sales, build relationships, and carry both brands forward in a positive manner.

Key Responsibilities:

· Present and sell company products to current and potential clients over the phone.

· Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.

· Communicate new products, special developments and other information to current and potential clients

· Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.

· Handle client complaints.

· Identify and resolve client concerns.

· Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups.

· Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.

· Participate in marketing events such as trade shows and seminars.

· Collect payment for all orders.

· Other duties as assigned.

· Must be Committed, Positive and Hardworking.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken.

· Able to handle rejection well and adapt to market trends quickly.

· Ability to persuade and influence others.

· Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.

· Phone sales experience is required.

· Experience in miniature war gaming, collectable toys, model toy assembly and/or similar hobbies is an advantage.

· Microsoft Office and QuickBooks experience a plus.

We offer a $15.50 hourly wage plus competitive commission that rewards effort and consistency.
