Clinic Manager - Administrator– Lead Site Operations within Clinical Research Advancing Healthcare Innovation
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Compensation: $110k+DOE - plus bonus

What You’ll Do
As Clinic Administrator, you’ll oversee all aspects of site operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and success. Responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a team of investigators, coordinators, lab staff, and research assistants.
- Ensuring staff understand study protocols and receive appropriate training.
- Overseeing subject screening, enrollment, and compliance with FDA regulations and GCP guidelines.
- Managing site financial performance, including revenue targets and EBITDA.
- Serving as the primary contact for sponsors, study monitors, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensuring accurate data collection, product accountability, and timely reporting of adverse events.
- Overseeing lab procedures and investigational product storage.
- Driving performance through staff coaching, evaluations, and regular team meetings.
- Fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and alignment with organizational values.
What We’re Looking For
- Healthcare leadership background – Minimum 4-5 years in a healthcare environment, clinical research a plus!
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and deliver results.
- Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, revenue management, and P&L responsibility.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and clinical operations (research experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Passion for patient care and advancing healthcare innovation.
