Physical Therapist- Arizona

- Patient Population: Long-term residents and short-term rehab patients
- Clinical Environment: Rural healthcare setting serving northern New Hampshire
- Licensure : Active state PT License
- Education : Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Life Support Certifications : BLS
