Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to support our program and mentor team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, staying organized, and contributing to a mission-driven organization focused on financial education and mentorship.
Responsibilities:
Data Entry & Program Tracking- Input and maintain participant financial data across our internal systems
- Track and update key participant metrics
- Perform data entry follow-ups for accuracy and completeness
- Data Analysis & Calculations based on participant data
- Archive participant files across platforms
- Support tracking consistency across Salesforce, Volunteer Management System, and participant platforms.
- Assist with mentor engagement and hours tracking
- Help maintain/pull alumni data for reports
- Periodically contribute to special projects, including:
- Blogs
- Podcasts
- Newsletters
