Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Avondale, AZ

Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR position that offers weekly home time and minimal physical work? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes across the West, ensuring you have excellent equipment and competitive pay.

Home Time:

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset.
• Our OTR routes are designed for steady miles while allowing you to maintain regular family time and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for comfort.
• Take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily handle dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
• Minimal physical effort required, allowing you to concentrate on driving and maximizing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers average between $1,200 and $1,600 per week based on mileage and performance.
• Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area:

• Cover routes across New Mexico, Arkansas, California, Nevada, Utah, Oregon, and Colorado.
• All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
