As a Security Officer - Dispatch Aero in Tucson, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more .

As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will play a key role in supporting security-related operations by monitoring communications, coordinating responses, and assisting with access control. Your responsibilities will include managing radio and phone communications, dispatching personnel to various areas as needed, and maintaining detailed logs of all activities. You will help to deter incidents by maintaining a strong presence and providing clear, professional communication with both team members and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel and resources as needed throughout the location.
• Receive and document calls for service, incidents, and emergencies, maintaining accurate records and logs.
• Coordinate with on-site security-related teams to help to deter unauthorized access and respond to incidents in a timely manner.
• Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with inquiries and access procedures.
• Follow site-specific policies and procedures, adapting to the unique requirements of an aerospace and defense environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders, including emergency responders when necessary.
• Support Allied Universal management and site leadership with incident reporting and documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
