Compensation & Incentives
Startup Bonus Package:
- Retail agents receive an $11,000 startup bonus package, including:
Signing Bonus
- $5,000 Signing Bonus approximately 30 days following full-time appointment
Exterior Branding Bonus
- Up to $6,000 toward approved office signage and exterior branding
Enhanced New Agent Bonus Opportunities
- Fast Start Bonus: Up to 100% bonuses based on qualifying new business commissions
- Monthly Bonus Program: Up to 340% bonuses based on qualifying new business commissions
- Monthly Lead Opportunity Program: Up to $18,000 in Leads Bucks
With up to $3,500,000 in New Agent Bonus opportunities, plus commissions and additional incentives, the Retail Agent Program provides substantial financial support as you build and scale your business.

- Expected Income Range: $150,000 $350,000+ annually

ResponsibilitiesWhat Youll Do
- Drive new business production and client retention
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of producers
- Implement sales strategies and performance goals
- Monitor metrics and maintain high service standards
- Build relationships throughout the Phoenix and East Valley business communities
- Leverage AI and technology tools to improve efficiency and scale operations
- Develop and execute long-term agency growth strategies
What Were Looking For
- Sales experience preferred (insurance experience not required)
- Leadership or management experience a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial ambitions
- Ability to obtain state insurance licenses
