Clinical Director

Emoticare has an exciting opportunity to work with At-Risk Youth and Families. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate family-oriented Clinical Director who is Independently licensed expertise in trauma informed care modalities and experience working with at risk populations. The target population served are youth and adolescents needing out of home placement in residential treatment settings.

Work with us as we develop our new brain spa, neurolinguistic programming, and other leading trauma-based practices. This is a full-time position intended for a licensed mental health professional committed to assisting young individuals in navigating and overcoming the challenges associated with trauma and mental health issues. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in engaging with children and adolescents, applying age-appropriate therapeutic methodologies to facilitate healing and resilience.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Director to provide leadership and direction for our clinical programs. The Clinical Director will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care to our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all clinical operations.
2. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.
3. Provide clinical supervision and guidance to staff.
4. Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
5. Monitor and evaluate program outcomes.
6. Manage budgets and resources effectively.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated service delivery.
8. Represent Emoticare in the community.

Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, counseling).
2. Valid clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
3. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
4. Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
5. Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Currently possesses or eligible to receive a Fingerprint Clearance Card
