About the Role

As a Security Guard with Arizona Off-Duty Specialists, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining safety and security for our clients. This position is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, a reliable nature, and a passion for protecting others.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a visible security presence to deter and respond to potential threats.
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas, ensuring the safety of people and property.
• Follow established protocols to handle incidents and emergencies effectively.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, team members, and the public.
• Maintain accurate and detailed reports of daily activities and incidents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Must possess a current active Arizona security guard license.
• At least 1 year of experience in the security industry or a related field.
• Must possess a reliable vehicle for transportation to and from job sites.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and remain alert during shifts.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• A reliable, dependable, and dedicated work ethic.
