Skilled Trades Recruiter (High-Performance / High-Volume)

About the Role

We are looking for experienced, high-output Skilled Trades Recruiters to support large, ongoing hiring initiatives across multiple markets. This is a fast-paced, results-driven environment where success is defined by consistency, urgency, and the ability to deliver quality candidates.

This is not a passive recruiting role - this position is designed for true headhunters who thrive on sourcing, outreach, and working high-volume reqs.

What You’ll Do

• Source, recruit, and place skilled trades professionals across multiple regions
• Drive consistent outbound activity and pipeline generation
• Leverage Boolean search and creative sourcing strategies to find candidates
• Manage full-cycle recruiting : sourcing, screening, submittals, and placements
• Submit detailed candidate profiles through internal and client systems
• Provide regular updates on pipeline and hiring progress
• Partner with internal teams to support large-scale hiring efforts
• Maintain flexibility to support business needs, including occasional after-hours or weekend work

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in high-volume skilled trades recruiting
• Strong sourcing ability - not reliant on inbound applicants
• Comfortable with cold outreach and building pipelines from scratch
• Experience using Boolean search and multiple sourcing platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven
• Experience with ATS systems (Aviante or similar preferred, not required)

Compensation & Structure

• $50K–$60K base salary + commission
• Team-based commission structure with strong earning potential
• Consistent req flow with high placement opportunity
