OSP Construction Manager - Telecommunications

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage microtrenching field crews
- Own daily production targets and drive crew efficiency
- Manage project sequencing, crew scheduling, and day-to-day operational decision making
- Hold crews accountable to quality, safety, and productivity standards
- Liaise with senior leadership and QC, reporting on project progress and flagging issues proactively
- Support business development and operational scaling as the Arizona portfolio grows
Required Skills / Qualifications
- Proven OSP experience with direct exposure to microtrenching
- A track record of leading and motivating field crews in a fiber or civil construction environment
- Strong understanding of production sequencing and the operational demands of high-volume trench-based deployment
- Valid and Clean driving license
