Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with their vehicle service needs in a courteous and efficient manner
• Clearly explain service recommendations and repair orders
• Coordinate vehicle service with technicians and ensure timely completion
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding status updates
• Upsell additional service offerings when appropriate, maintaining transparency and trust
• Process repair orders, invoices, and collect payments accurately
• Foster long-term customer relationships and uphold the Polestar brand standard
• Collaborate with service team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of electric vehicles and EV service protocols is a plus
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Proficient in DMS and service scheduling software
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
