About the Role
As a Customer Experience (CX) Agent, you’ll support
customers primarily through email via Zendesk, maintaining high-quality
communication while resolving inquiries related to transactions, account
assistance, and general platform support. You’ll typically manage a daily queue
of 50–80 tickets and collaborate with peers on more complex cases.
This position offers exposure to:

- Fast-paced tech startup operations
- Cross-functional teamwork
- Structured processes and SOP-driven troubleshooting
- Professional writing and communication techniques
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries through email with clarity, professionalism, and empathy
- Manage a high-volume ticket queue while maintaining accuracy and timely responses
- Follow established SOPs to ensure consistent and high-quality service
- Collaborate with teammates and leads on escalations or other complex issues
- Participate in quarterly shift bidding and contribute to team updates
- Identify patterns or process gaps and suggest improvements
- Maintain detailed, consistent documentation in Zendesk
Schedule Requirements:
CX operations run seven days a week, and flexibility is
essential.
Availability required for weekends and holidays
Shifts fall between 5:00am–11:30pm PST
Example shifts: 5am–2pm, 1:30pm–10:30pm, 2pm–11pm,
2:30pm–11:30pm

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $60008.00/yr.
