**Job Title: Non-Destructive Testing Inspector** **Job Description** As a Level I Technician, you will perform calibrations, non-destructive tests, and evaluations to determine acceptance or rejection based on written instructions, and document the results. **Responsibilities** + Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment. + Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection. + Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations. + Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results. + Organize and report test results. + Instruct and supervise others as needed. + Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management. **Essential Skills** + High School Diploma or equivalent. + NDT Level I Certification MT, PT, and ET. + Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently. + Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret inspection results. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + UT Certification is a plus. + FAA Airframe Certification is a plus. + Strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude. + Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness, and looks for ways to improve efficiency. + Dependable with exceptional safety and quality awareness. + Aerospace experience preferred but not required. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) and matching, dental, health, life, and vision insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement. **Work Environment** The work environment is indoors with swamp coolers and fans.
